This guy will get another week or two of grace period, but if a Cetus software update doesn't turn it around I'll be asking for a refund. If I'm going to have to tinker, I'll just go back to the fleet of printers I already own. I don't want to fool with S3D or Cura, either. I thought it would be the first printer I would be able to buy and use, but the quality I'm getting is nowhere near what I've seen posted. I'm five printers in now and, to me, the Cetus is a big disappointment. Keep these early prints and revisit them in a year. Until you've owned a REALLY nice printer, I'm afraid I can't lean too heavily on your review because you probably don't know exactly what to look for in the finer details of the print. A month later, I felt like an idiot again.
I have tried upping the temp of my print, but it still happens and I'm certain that my bed is.
It's only this first layer mind, all others are fine and prints come out without issue. When I got my first printer and made my first print, I thought it was awesome. When printing with a 0.2mm nozzle, the first layer, or the stabilization bed, before the actual raft makes the extruder click lots and messes up the layer lines. Since written text has no tone, I want to clarify that I am not intending this thought to be offensive whatsoever.
